Cherie and her husband, Art, are empty nesters in the San Francisco Bay Area. A corporate professional in law firms for over twenty years, she left that world in 2022 to become a full-time real estate investor and educator.
Cherie dreamed for years to be a real estate investor, but listened to the negative talk of others and postponed her dream. Finally, she decided it was time to prove the naysayers wrong and quickly discovered that investing was indeed within her reach. Her passion has expanded to supporting other people's dream to invest in real estate and helps them to reach their financial goals.
She is blessed to be working with some amazing coaches and mentors, who together have generated $70 million in transactions and investments, and who was featured on HGTV. Focused on building her portfolio of short-term and long-term rentals, Cherie and her business partner, Nicky, are dedicated to educating people in investing, while also flipping and fixing at least 40 properties in 2023.
She enjoys being at the ocean, baking for friends and family, traveling, gardening, and binge watching Hallmark movies. She and her husband love trying new restaurants and are still looking for their new favorite.

Nicky and her husband, Brandon, live in Eastern North Carolina with their 2-year-old twin girls and 5-year-old son. Nicky was a stay-at-home mom when she noticed a distressed house that had been sitting on the market for over a year. She took a leap of faith and decided to purchase the house to renovate, and received her first all cash offer within 24 hours. The rest, as they say, is history!
Nicky is now a licensed General Contractor and employs her own construction crew who share her passion in re-developing homes in her hometown. Brandon left his role as a manager of a local grocery store and now assists in the management of the home renovations. They pride themselves on not being “front door flippers” and specialize in full renovations where they can get elbow deep in restoring
homes to be “like new."
Since becoming a General Contractor, Nicky has received numerous awards from her hometown for her dedication and efforts in re-developing the town. Most recently she received a Good Neighbor Terrell Award for her outstanding work with the Historic Preservation Commission on renovating historic homes.
Her passion is to provide affordable housing for everyone from new homebuyers to Section 8 renters and everyone in between. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to live in a beautiful home where their family can make lifelong memories.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family at their vacation beach house, supporting local charity
events and gardening.
